If you have a needle (like those to inflate the soccer balls, basketballs…) you can change the amount of air in it, which is great.

I purchased 7 of these discs for my classroom of severely emotionally disturbed students who also have ADHD. It is recommended that this type of student use one of these seats to decrease the amount of fidgetting and off task behavior! It truly helps the student concentrate and focus on their school work! WE bought this for our eight yr old daughter who has attension issues. WHen she sits on it while doing school work it works great instead of standing and other things she sits does her work without bouncing around.

3 Stars core disks
Very inexpensive. These core disks were purchased for students. They are too large for young children, but are ok for children in 4th grade and up and adults. The knobby side is to hard, but the other side works just fine.
