This is the most effective abdominal workout DVD, currently available on the market. Adam Ford could not have created a better self fitness guide program as he did in the “Swiss Ball Abs”.

5 Stars Excellent abd DVD workout
I purchased this DVD based on the reviews and because I heard that the exercises were extremely advanced. I’ve been studying martial arts for over 10 years and been working out with a friend of mine, who happens to be a trainer with the NASM. I’ve seen and performed many different abd exercises throughtout the years, using a variety of equipment, including machine balls, BOSU, abd machines, Power wheels, hitting my upper, lower, obliques and transverse abdominals muscles. I’ve also done regular old fashion crunches, bicycling, leg raises, hip thrust, etc, etc, so I’m no stranger to abd exercises. I’ve been looking for a more difficult and challenging workout for a while and I definitely found it with this DVD. Not only does these exercises challenge your abd muscles using the stability ball, using all three planes of motion, frontal, sagittal, and transverse, but it also forces you to use your stabilizing muscles, which makes the exercises even more difficult. This DVD is truly for the advanced. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new challenging routine. But be warned, this is NOT for a beginner.

4 Stars Careful what you ask for!
I was looking for a swiss ball workout to really challenge me. Careful what you ask for- some of these moves are HARD. I cant balance myself on the ball with only my shoulder. BUT- most of these techinques are very doable- and explained at a rate you can understand. There are three 20 min workouts that will challenge you. I will spent alot of time trying to master this one. I am sure I will get in shape trying to accomplish that. This is DEFINATELY NOT for beginners.

I’ve just recently purchased a swiss ball and wanted some advanced routines and this video is terrific…I’ll tell all my gym friends about it.

This is a great workout that you will actually do on a regular basis. No difficult steps or hard to follow moves. I love the regular and ab workout. Both are great for the core and you get aerobic work as well.

5 Stars Tanja is great as always
This workout is shorter than the others that I own by Tanja, but there are two workouts on it, one “regular” and one that is designed to be done with a partner (so I guess if you would do them both in one day, you would get your long workout). And then there is an ab workout. All use the 4lb ball and engage the abs a lot. I loved the regular and the extra ab workout, the ball is always included in the exercise to enhance the effect. Tanja is inspiring and the scenery is gorgeous. I haven’t tried the partner workout, but I would love to, if I had somebody to do it with.

I totally recommend this dvd, as all the others with Tanja.

4 Stars Another Great Workout from Tanja
I just did this workout for the first time last night and I really enjoyed it and can see it easily making it into my rotation. Per norm, Tanja is a great instructor with easy to follow cues and her locations are always beautiful. The best part is, she’s “normal”. I felt it was a really intense workout and great for when you’re short on time.

5 Stars Tired of same old same old – really like this one
Need to work on my lower body but so sick of step ups, squats, lunges, and the like. This dvd has three phases. I am only on phase one, but that gives me room to grow. I like what I feel when I am doing this dvd and to be

honest I am a nut for the stability ball. As I grow older, presently 49, I see the need for more and more stretching and balance work. I think that this workout will not only slim down my lower body as I progress, but will aid in maintaining good posture as I age. I have several stability ball(swiss ball) workouts but Adam’s set is quickly becoming my favorite. Really a good non-traditional approach. High recommend. I’m looking forward to his Upper Body workout to arrive in the mail.

If you’re looking for a challenging workout that’ll test your core and legs, TRY THIS VIDEO. I’ve been on it for 8 months and it’s still difficult. That’s just a testament to how great a swiss ball workout is. I really love how Adam (trainer in the video) clearly shows the correct form because without it, you’re pretty much just playing with a big ball. As fun as that sounds, if you stick to the video and stay with it, you’ll see amazing results. My legs are incredibly strong. My core is tight and that nagging pain in my right knee is somehow gone.

If you’re looking for weight loss. This isn’t it. However if you’re looking to increase overall strength and flexibility, you need to be all over this video. I’ve since combined it with a good cardio and weight routine and since January have dropped 25lb and gained tons of muscle definition. I’m still not as cut up as Adam but I hope he releases more of his secrets soon because this guy’s body is killer.

5 Stars Challenging workout for advanced ball users
So it’s not the most exciting exercise DVD, but it’s challenging. I’ve only done the first 2 workouts and each time I work up a sweat. I am looking forward to moving on to workout 3.

5 Stars Great DVD you won’t outgrow
I have been using balance ball workouts for a few years now, but found this workout more efficient in terms of time and challenge. This workout has 3 Phases with Phase I being the least difficult; but I found that even Phase I has some very challenging exercises (Split Squat and Quad Extension). I have been using this workout for a month now and have seen great improvement on many of the exercises. I love that Adam provides form pointers but doesn’t chatter endlessly throughout the routine. I also appreciate that he doesn’t count every rep

5 Stars Amazing DVD – Great Workout Series!
I’m going to sound like a broken record here, but it’s true just like the Abs & Core DVD this Lower Body workout from Ridgeline Fitness delivers.

I’ve worked out for several years in the gym with weight training and cardiovascular exercise. I suffered a knee injury 5 years ago while performing leg press. My leg workouts have been lagging since that injury. My lower body strength has felt off balance in comparison to that of my upper body. Honestly, I’ve felt a lot of fear when it comes to really pushing my legs at the gym, because the last thing I want to do is injure myself again.

As with the Abs & Core DVD this selection is clean cut, to the point and amazing. Adam Ford gives easy to follow instructions. The workout is challenging while also being fun. The music is simple and energizing. This DVD is easy to come back to again and again for repeat workouts.

By using my own body weight and the Swiss ball I’ve been able to strengthen my legs and mix this DVD with lower body weight training at the gym. My lower body feels stronger than it has in a long time and my confidence is back where it should be.

This is a great DVD and a GREAT SERIES I would recommend it to ANYONE!
