FitBall Exercise Ball Chair with Choice of 55cm Ball

FitBall Exercise Ball Chair with Choice of 55cm Ball

This model comes with a 55cm ball. The benefits of sitting on an exercise ball while working are the same incorporating it in exercise routines; it promotes flexibility, coordination, motor skills, core strengthening, and balance. “Active sitting” means that your body, when positioned on top of an exercise ball, is constantly making small adjustments, often imperceptible, to remain balanced and thus is constantly exercising a large group of muscles in doing so. By strengthening your body’s core muscle group you help improve your posture, have better balance and guard against back injuries. It takes some time before your body becomes accustom to sitting on an exercise ball, since your core muscles may not have gotten much exercise previously. Start by using it 10 to 15 minutes a day and gradually work your way up. If you have had back problems or injuries, make sure to consult your physician or therapist first. Pump sold separately

5 Stars FitBall Exercise Chair Da Bomb!
I ordered this chair after having ordered an exercise ball with “udders” from another company – it was too short to do me any good at a desk. I’ve had this model at work now for several weeks, and I notice at home on the weekends that my back really misses using it. I think I’ll have to get one for home, too. I didn’t attach the backrest and don’t find myself wanting it to be there. I naturally do some flexibility movements while I sit on it, and I get up more often now, whereas I would sit for a very long time in a regular office chair. Highly recommend this type of chair, and I like the adjustable legs on this model.

5 Stars chair ball
This has definitely helped with my sciatica pain. The item came quickly, was well organized and even looks nice in my office.

3 Stars Good for piriformis syndrome prevention
I bought this chair to help alleviate and prevent piriformis syndrome, which is an irritated sciatic nerve as a result of an inflamed piriformus muscle.

It has worked well; the ball is very heavy-duty and has not had any problems. The castors are cheap and do not roll well.

The chair will force you to improve your seating posture; you must sit erect to remain balanced. Your back will be slightly sore for a couple of weeks, but you will adapt quickly.

5 Stars YOU NEED A YOGA BALL CHAIR!
Our entire office now sits on these ball chairs. Productivity and moral are up! I’ve had one for years – very good for your back and neck because you shift around on the ball and you don’t sit in the same place too long.

4 Stars the nicest looking ball seat i’ve found
after using a coworkers fitness ball chair for a week, i had to have my own. bought this one because it was the nicest looking one i found. adjustable legs have been great for moving it between work and home as my desks are at diff heights. 55cm ball keeps me up high enough to feel comfortable, but can be deflated a bit to give a little more cush-on-your-tush should you prefer a softer seat.

Charlene Pricketts Women with Balls

You requested greater intensity in a very low impact workout and you got it! This hour long video uses intervals of heavy exertion followed by recovery periods to push you toward peak fitness. Though the choreography is uncomplicated, the intensity level is definitely advanced… if you do it like Charlene, Renee, Lori and Duaine! If you can’t keep up the pace for the entire workout, do as much as you can, then start cheating your legs lower. Options are shown to lower intensity if needed. Over time, you’ll become fit enough to kick it into 5th gear right to the end. Breakdown is 7 min. warm up, 37 min. aerobics, 8 min. cool down, 8 min. stretch.
