This is a low back extension using an exercise or swiss ball. Kneeling with your feet against a wall, pull the ball into your thighs. Roll up on the ball so that it is underneath your pelvis and low stomach, with your knees off of the ground and your hands at your head. Contract your low back (erector spinae) and pull your shoulders back, arching your back to full extension. Lower yourself back down until your torso is over the ball and repeat….
