                          Intermediate and advanced exercisers looking for a challenge will enjoy this blend of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and fitness training all atop a ball. Beginners, however, may feel this workout should be called &#8220;Instability Ball.&#8221;(And they would do better starting with <i>Quick Fix Stability Ball Workout</i>, a shorter, easier program from the same production team.) Instructor Katalin Rodriguez Zamiar and her two able assistants helpfully demonstrate most of the moves once before beginning, making the DVD longer but less frustrating than usual. The 50-minute workout begins with a warm-up that includes pelvic rocks while leaning back on the ball and side lunges with one arm slung across it. Then it&#8217;s on to a 12-minute segment on legs: extensions and lunges with torso rotations. The arms get just five minutes and then it&#8217;s 11 minutes on the abs with sit-ups, scissors, the Pilates 100, triceps presses, single-leg pikes, crunches, and back bends. An 8-minute session for the gluts wraps things up with the phenomenally complicated frog move. At that point everyone should welcome the cool down! <i>&#8211;Kimberly Heinrichs</i> </p>

                        I did not like it, maybe the ball thing isn&#8217;t for me. Too hard on my shoulders and elbow </p>

                        I have tried other stability ball workout videos/dvds and found this one pretty comprehensive for a beginner.  The instructor gives you the basics on how to use the stability ball including proper breathing techniques and posture (vital information for not hurting oneself). The instructor always gives you a preview of what the move is suppose to look like and how it is supposed to feel before you try out the move yourself. I have used the program on a regular, weekly basis and have always found it challenging so far.  This program does offer some alternate moves for a more challenging or easier workout. However,I feel that it does not offer enough of a challenge option when I progress further. The chapter selections are by target body regions and very easy to navigate. You may choose to skip the introduction and go straight to the workouts when you feel more confident about your skills.  </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">1 Star</strong>  <em> Awful</em><br />
                        I really feel that I just wasted both my time and money with this DVD.  The workout is so easy.  Please, do not buy this DVD if you are alreay in decent shape.  I have been doing pilates for several years and wanted to try something similar, but new and challenging.  I really like, but struggle with Kathy Smith&#8217;s 20-minute BONUS stability ball workout in her Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2 DVD, and thought this would be similar.  Boy was I wrong. </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">3 Stars</strong>  <em> just so-so</em><br />
                        Like other reviewers commented, this is intermediate in intensity and gets boring quickly, although far from the worst I&#8217;ve seen. I like the  Quick Fix &#8211; Stability Ball Workout much better, bought both at the same time and never use this one anymore. </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">2 Stars</strong>  <em> Not so great</em><br />
                        I&#8217;ve owned this dvd for about a year and use it periodically for a switch from the ones I really like.  The instructor is very wordy &#8211; there are big gaps so she can instruct before an exercise actually starts.  I find her voice and her repeated &#8220;wunnerful&#8221; annoying.  The exercises range from too easy to really hard. Music is fine, set is supposed to be a stage set of Great Salt Lake shore or something.  I&#8217;m giving this dvd away now, after having given it a fair shot.  Its boring and now, off even on my &#8220;alternative dvds&#8221; shelf. </p>

                        I tried this out yesterday.  I was surprised that it really is a Pilates workout on the ball.  Susan&#8217;s cuing is excellent, the breathing is very important and you first have to get the hang of it, and I think the workout will be even more effective once you have the breathing down pat.  Its not an exciting video, but if I had wanted that I would&#8217;ve purchased something else.  This is my third Susan Deason DVD and the background music is always lovely during her workouts, her voice is very soothing, and her instruction is excellent. </p>

                        It&#8217;s an old lady sitting and talking.  You could do this twice a day and never get results. </p>

                        Great Video&#8230;if you use it. It was a very nice beginner workout with great instructions.  </p>

                        i&#8217;m deleting my first review, because i was totally wrong, i tried it again and i felt invigorating yet relax just what i was looking for, so buy it and add this to all the dvd&#8217;s of this great yoga and pilates teacher.  Conditioning for Weight Loss: Safe, Natural Methods to Help Achieve and Maintain Your Ideal WeightBalance Ball for Beginners (2006)  </p>

                        I love this CD.  I like Susan&#8217;s style of teaching, the music is relaxing and the exercises are not hard to master.   It&#8217;s a combination of Yoga and Pilates moves.  I&#8217;m looking forward to getting more of her exercise ball DVD&#8217;s.  </p>

                        This new kundalini yoga DVD by Gabrielle Pellicci is wonderful.  She gives a brief introduction to kundalini and how regular practice can improve anyone&#8217;s flexibility,inner peace and balance.  I have quite a collection of yoga DVD&#8217;s and have practiced yoga for years, but I find that kundalini does indeed provide benefits distinct from other types of yoga. Beginners will appreciate the smooth flow of the DVD, the interesting music, and most of all, the smiling and peaceful enjoyment that Gabrielle shows in every exercise.  Learning the breath of fire and the best body positions to protect the lower back take a little practice.  She performs the sets with background scenes that change every few seconds &#8211; this is a nice effect.  Even though you can keep your eyes closed and follow her cues, the scenery for the filming is just too beautiful to miss so I keep peeking throughout!  I especially like the choice of exercise set length &#8211; from 10 minutes to 40 minutes.  Kundalini yoga offers lifelong benefits for anyone &#8211; start now and you will want to continue! </p>

                        This DVD lets me customize my routine by selecting the duration of my workout.  If I&#8217;m in a rush but I need to fit in a work out I can always select the 10 or 20 minute core workout.  I love the 40 minute workout, but I can&#8217;t always fit that into my schedule so this DVD is great.  The exercises are fun and challenging which I personally don&#8217;t always find in workouts at the gym.  In this workout they do!!  I haven&#8217;t mastered all of the poses yet, but that is the beauty of it.  It gives me focused goals to work toward in my yoga journey.<br />

                        I would have really enjoyed the video, if half way through the video the sound went off and all I got was a humming noise the rest of the cd. I was disappointed but I didn&#8217; won&#8217;t to mess with returning it. I did enjoy the first half, was a very good exercise and meditating video. Sorry </p>

<p>I loved making this DVD. This is a very beautiful video. I love the location and the music. The yoga exercises are easy to follow and not too difficult. I could really feel the workout the next day in my back, arms, legs and abs &#8212; in a good way. I feel stronger and healthier. And the ball makes it really fun because it is so different from a regular yoga class. You should try it!</p>

                        I am greatly benefiting from the exercises on this DVD with the light weight balls. The exercises are done at a nice slow pace that I can follow. She first shows how to do the exercise and then dose it 10 time together making it easy  for me to  see and do.<br />
<br />I feel stronger in the last few weeks and also feel relief from the arthritis pain that I had in my shoulder.</p>
<p>The lower body exercises are done standing and I hold the back of a chair when I do them, this has strengthened my lower back, legs &#038; hips and I can also see that I have improved my balance and have better flexibility and strength.</p>
<p>Nice music and the dvd was filmed on a nice beach making it pleasant to exercise with. This is a good exercise dvd with easy simple exercises.<br />
<br />I recommended it to all who want to do simple exercises which can also assist to relive arthritis pain.  </p>

                        My aunt, Reena, who is 72 years old was suffering greatly from shoulder and leg pain. I flew to Toronto with Sunshine&#8217;s Arthritis Exercise DVD and the two light weight balls for her to use, knowing that she needed some form of exercise.  My aunt has been doing her exercises daily for a month now and her improvement has been remarkable.  Sunshine really engages her viewers with her &#8220;sunny&#8221; personality. The pace of the DVD is really ideal for older people.  Myself and my aunt really liked the positive affirmations and the meditative ease that&#8217;s present throughout the DVD.<br />

                        I got this DVD with the Resistance Bands + The Light Weight Balls, because I can&#8217;t close my hands due to Arthritis, This is a very good exercise DVD that assisted me in getting stronger and reliving Arthritis pain that I have in my shoulder and hips. </p>
<p>The Exercises are very well done simple and easy to do, Sunshine demonstrates the exercises very well.<br />
<br />The Exercise routine covers all the body parts with Easy simple yet effective exercises.</p>
<p>I started doing the first part of the upper body exercises with the light weight Arthritis balls and the Resistance bands  sitting and I alternate between both the exercise DVD routines doing the weight balls one day and the resistance bands exercises the other day so I wont get bored. </p>
<p>Now in just 6 weeks I am doing the whole exercise  routine Standing , because the second part of the exercises are done standing while holding the back of a chair, which gave me added balance and I gained a lot more strength in my legs, lower body and back.</p>
<p> I have seen a Big improvement in just 8 weeks in my  Strength &#038; Balance.<br />
<br /> I recommend this Exercise DVD to Everyone including  Seniors &#038; Elderly that want to gain strength and improve their joint mobility and  Health.   </p>

<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">4 Stars</strong>  <em> Gym ball nude workout</em><br />
                        I was surprised how good this DVD was in terms of the genuine work out exercises.  The first guy to demonstrate is better looking in my opinion than the second guy, and it is a pity there vare only two guys in the DVD.<br />
<br />If you want to work out, as well as having fun in the nude with your partner, this is a very good DVD </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">3 Stars</strong>  <em> Great Excercises But REPEATS!!!</em><br />
                        The video was great, but the exercises are repeats. Both models do the same exercises as the first. Only two guys are shown naked throughout the video. Only one seems to get a good partial erection. There was several opportunities in the Behind the Scenes and Out Takes to show a guy with a full erection, but each time he covered himself and no effort was put forth to show it.</p>
<p>The videos were good entertaining and informative. One guy was much cuter than the other one. I feel insulted when they cut out the erection scenes so i would not recommend the video unless you have ot buy an exercise video anyway. It is good just don&#8217;t look for anything special at all. </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">3 Stars</strong>  <em> Good Intro to the Fitness Ball</em><br />
                        As another reviewer commented, this is certainly not an advanced workout; however, it is a good introduction to the fitness ball.  The narrator lacks energy and enthusiasm, but it doesn&#8217;t distract too much.  The two models perform basically the same routine, but one uses hand weights more.  I do the exercises three times a week and have noticed a difference.  I would recommend it for beginners. </p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">1 Star</strong>  <em> Bigs Balls is Small Value</em><br />
                        Not that I expected a nude workout video to be a tool to get me ripped and muscular, but the exercises in this video, while self-rated as &#8220;advanced&#8221; are anything but.  If these are advanced exercises, the beginner version must be for people with zero muscle mass.  The voiceover is monotone, the models have zero personality or charisma.  And, the DVD comes with outtakes and behind the scenes that are just gratuitous.  The &#8220;Penises on Parade&#8221; segment was laughable and completely non-erotic.<br />
<br />I won&#8217;t be wanked into another nude exercise DVD.</p>
<p> <strong style="color:#ffd000; background-color:#fafafa">5 Stars</strong>  <em> Big Workout!!!!!!!!!!</em><br />
                        I have to admit, When I first bought this DVD, my intentions were to drool over the eye candy. But then I tried the workout.  Surprise Surprise, this actually works.  I needed to lose a few pound in my gut area and I swear to you, in two weeks, my abs went from jello to hard candy.  I never write reviews about my purchases, but I had to share this with the world.  Trust me, you won&#8217;t regret purchasing this AMAZING DVD.  Good luck! </p>
