Also, yes there are other ways, however I like doing this one.
Just like martial arts, when I trained I am sure there were more effect ways to break down the nerves in my shins then repeatedly kicking metal poles… but i liked kicking the metal poles

depends.. Korn, Zombie, Linkin Park and Disturbed, Static- X and Slipknot when im killing the weights with heavy lifts!

It is a very adnaced exercise. it helps with core stability.. but don’t try it if you never tried standing on a ball.. it is dangerous!
