    I have a hard time figuring out the breathing too LOL I just got my Ball and Im on my 4th day and Im feeling the difference. It feels good but I KNOW Im working out LOL I feel good and Im enjoying it. Something so simple and I really like it. I think Im going to be sticking with this exercising. The ball makes it easier to do and less stress on joints etc.

    considering its beginners…… it looks damn hard too me lol all the breathing in and out confuses me when i do these exercises

    Is this all you do to keep your wonderful posture? you can’t keep this wonderful posture with only these movements?
    I wonder what you do to keep those shoulders in their original places.I have very much forwarded shoulders
