Swiss Ball Jackknife Pike
Demonstration of Swiss Ball Jackknife Pike exercise…just a few reps. Some people mistake it for the prone jackknife. For the prone jackknife, your butt doesn’t go up in the air like that, your back stays much more flat. You just pull the ball in with your legs toward your chest. The exercise pictured here looks much much harder, so an actual prone jackknife would be easy for you compared to this!
