    I really appcreciate your clear cueing and attention to detail. But as a pilates instructor, I suggest you do the single leg stretch with the legs at 90 degrees instead of bringing the knees so close into the chest. The ab work is much more effective. Thank you for posting your workout videos. There is alot of good information in them.
