I used the Abs IQ six pack abs program by Bogumil Gizewski and found it to be very easy to follow and very effective. In Abs IQ Mr Gizewski teaches you how to work smarter not harder to get nice abs.

try using the end of your bed instead of the ball. i came up with an exercise that is virtually the same thing she’s doing but i keep my body lifted up at angle and move my hips around. works out pretty well if ur listening to some good tunes

Be patient it takes time for some people.Just take it a day at a time, use the support groups and count those calories. When I cut down without actually counting my calories I never lose anything. Most importantly start exercising even if it’s just by taking a walk for 20 or 30 minutes.Every few days try to walk a little faster or farther. If you stick with it you’ll start to see results.

You are fantastic! I love watching your videos. Please, please keep the videos coming. Maybe I’ll get motivated enough to dust off my stability ball and start working out.

Sparkpeople – have you considered putting out a DVD? I just moved back home from college and my computer is in my dingy basement. There’s no way i’m getting on the floor down here, even on a mat!
