The calorie burn will definitely be more than 50 but you’d need to either manually measure your heart rate and figure your calorie burn or invest in a heart rate monitor. I don’t exercise at all with my heart rate monitor.

Not very many, maybe 25-50, If you’re wanting to burn calories you definitely want to be doing cardio workouts like walking/jogging or bike etc.

Roughly, how many calories would that workout burn?

I know we’re all different, but I think is 15 minute ball workout is awesome. I got such a great workout from this & i intend to keep it up at 3 times a week. Thanks Nicole for the exercises on the ball!

well, it won’t if you do not use weiths of really become an exercise addict you can not have that much muscles…also you shold not consume too much protein…exercise sytems like pilates or yoga are not for muscle build…they organize to shape your muscles in a way that you look taller and thin….

I tried this workout after a 10 minute run & I feel like I’ve had a very well rounded workout. I just got the stability ball & didn’t want to purchase a workout video, so this worked out nicely. I’d like to see more exercises with the ball, please and thank you. :)
