I have a question. Does it matter to do exercise order like the video? or any order? (I remember the moves but don’t remember the order)

Just because you weight less doesn’t mean your BMI isn’t still more fat than muscle. After you lose weight you have to try and reduce body fat by ration of muscle mass.

I am still working out with this video! It’s been a few weeks and Nicole is totally more interesting than a lot of videos out there. She goes over the important parts of the work out like breathing, and which muscles are being used if the work out is being done right: I learn a lot more with Nicole’s videos! She really knows her stuff. Keep them coming!
(How about some more, longer stability ball routines?)

Come on, that’s not nearly as bad as some of the comments get on here…give him a break.

This video is great. I purchased a Reebok StayBall recently, which came with it’s own work out video. This video is more professional than the Reebok video. “Nicole” goes over breathing as well as the exercises, at a resonable pace. She also covers some good excerises not done in the Reebok video. I can’t wait for SparkPeople to put out some more videos like this one, with the stability ball.
