4 Stars Great ball
My husband bought this ball for me as a mothers day present when I was 6 months pregnant. It was the only thing I could sit on comfortably with my off balanced condition. The oval shape is perfect for sitting on and bouncing. After baby was born it was even better than a rocking chair for putting the little one to sleep he loves it and it was also a great workout tool for getting back that pre-pregnancy figure. My only complaint is that the hand air pump is a little difficult to use and it takes a while to get it aired up your hand will get tired and you will need to take a break from pumping.

5 Stars great type of ball work out
I bought this idem as a gift for my daughter and it has been great. I find with the way that the Ergo body ball is shaped like a capsule instead of a ball you have more stabity and still use the core muscle group. I would recomend this for anyone out there that had tried a ball workout and found the instabity of the ball too much.

4 Stars A Good Multitasking Tool for the Home Gym
I gave up on going to gyms a few years ago in favor of a minimal basement setup of a few weights, a few dvds and a couple of mats. This way, working out can be fit in to the daily routine without driving out of the way and burning up a couple hours mainly because they are charging me $75 a month. I also didn’t want to waste a couple thousand on unused equipment that takes over an entire room. What the ergo ball adds to my modest gym is the ability to do most stability/swiss/core workout ball exercises while its additional length allows me to use it like a weight bench for doing chest flys and dumbbell flys. Not that these couldn’t be done on a swiss ball but the ergo ball is more stable than the swiss ball and therefore may be preferable for somebody less certain of their balance. A 30 minute CD of exercises is also included that shows typical exercises being performed on the ergo ball as well as the standard swiss/stability ball. For me, it is easier to use than a standard swiss ball, easier to hide in the closet and much easier to justify buying than a weight bench. The downside is that as far as I know, it only comes in one size and the current size may be a bit difficult for someone over 6′ to use for bench-type exercises.
