5 Stars the big green ball is great
I have only used one of these once before and didn’t know what to expect based on all the other comments. I am 6′2″ and obese so I ordered the 75cm model. When I first blew it up with the foot pump (that I used with my thumbs) it seemed smaller than I wanted and I was a bit dissapointed. Then I read what someone said about measuring the actual blown up height, and if it wasn’t 75cm, blow it up some more which I did. Now the ball is a full 75cm and works great. There was a very minor new vinyl smell that wasn’t offensive at all. If others hadn’t mentioned the smell/odor, I wouldn’t have even thought about it. I am guessing the complainers also complain about the new car smell too that others buy and spray in their cars 
Like others mentioned, I wanted to use it part time as my office chair but the 75 is too tall for that. I will probably buy a 65 for my office chair and use the 75 for the stretching exercises and other things I bought the ball for. I have yet to try the DVD so I can’t comment on it. There was also a foldout exercise sheet that I haven’t used yet either as I had already been given workout info from the therapist.

If you know how to use this (or take the time to use the DVD and see just how effective this is for toning your body)… this is a GREAT product! Durable, inflates/deflates easily (the kit that comes with it looks a little flimsy, but it’s all you need and it works just fine… AND if it does break, it’s a basic kit that you could pick up at Walmart, ToysRUS, etc.).
Great product… I use it daily… I just got done training with a professional trainer and do my own routines daily… the exercises are maintaining AND improving the results I already achieved through my trainer… learn how to use this, buy it… and use it.

This ball gives you a lot flexibility and great range of motion for abdominal exercises. We also use it for stretching exercises. It’s sturdy and strong. The DVD was very helpful and will be a very useful part of my work out.
4 Stars A Comfortable Bounce
I used this ball as a chair alternative in my office, and it served me faithfully for about 8 months. Sadly, I rolled onto a very sharp staple of unknown origin. The ball deflated gracefully, allowing me to dismount well before I was close to the ground. I’ll happily recommend this ball, with the caveat that I bought it for $20 and it’s gone up to $25 as of this review. I think I’m going to buy another of these anyway, because I like the texture of this ball better than the others.

I use this as my office chair and I love it. It keeps me balanced and moving, ever so slightly, instead of plopped down in the hard chair all day.
