I received the ball chair very quickly. It works “OK.” The biggest issue I had with it was that it took forever to inflate the ball and the locks on the chair constantly lock even if you have in the unlock postion. Other then that it serves its purpose. I do still find that I slouch in it – and the back rest does nothing.
4 Stars Warning re: instructions!
I’ve been using the chair for a couple of weeks, and I’m entirely satisfied – no more slumping (or nodding off, for that matter).
One complaint: The package includes a very handy measuring tape. Unfortunately the instructions refer to measuring the “diameter”. What they really mean is to measure the distance from pole to pole, around the circumference (the semi-circumference, i.e.). Following the directions – inflating ’til the diameter reaches the recommended size would result in a much larger size and pressure – probably enough to burst the ball (as some users have apparently done).
4 Stars Everything is true
I purchased this chair about 4 months ago. Everything written about the chair is true, both good and bad. The chair is comfortable but not for long stretches of time. Your butt starts to hurt after about 1/2 hour. The chair moves easily and smoothly but is does creak. I am about 260 so I am assuming that the excess weight causes the creaking. I do feel that my core has been strengthened due to using the chair. My back hurts less and my posture is better.
Overall I would say that the chair is worth the price. For me, I can live with the negative features.

I am so impressed with this chair, I would like another for my home. Would you consider a discounted price for a second one? It has cured my office shoulder and low back issues.
