2 Stars exercise ball
For the price, I guess it was worth it. I did not like the material or feel of the ball. It did blow up just fine and is definitely for short people. I am 5’5″ and I should have got the 65 CM ball. If you don’t want to pay more for your 1st ball, I would recommend this. Other than that I would pay more for a better material. The material was thick and no problems with it bursting or holding the weight.

5 Stars Fixed my back
At the recommendation of my Chiropractor, I purchased a large exercise ball at Target, but Amazon has them too. I got the 65 cm version, which is recommended for people of height 5′ 7″ – 6′ 1″.

With it you can do all kinds of stretches that are not possible otherwise. Since using it, much of my ongoing back pain has disappeared. One of my favorites is to place it against my back, facing the ceiling, and gently roll onto it until my outstretched hands touch the floor. I can just rest there and feel an incredible stretch from my hips to my neck. Reversing that stretch, you can lay on it stomach down, and rest your forehead on your forearms. The ball gives gently as you roll on it. As we age, our spines need stretching more then ever, and I can’t recommend this product enough.

Also, as the name implies, “exercise ball” you can do all kinds of things with it, but the stretching I’m doing on it has given me great relief.

Just make sure you get the one with the HAND PUMP, not the foot pump, which is worthless.

5 Stars great product
Ther ball is great for relaxing the back. I use it daily and recommend it to everyone who has any back issues.

4 Stars About the size
Following previous reviews, I purchased a ball one size larger than was recommended by manufacturer. Was able to inflat to full 65 cm, but only using a air compressor–a simple hand pump took it to only about the size of a basket ball. Once it was fully inflated, it was hard as a rock and too big. So, I have deflated it to my recommended 55 cm size. It is still firm, but not rock hard. It’s much firmer than my cushy Gaiam ball, but I think more durable too.
